Summary : In this panel we discuss the major security blunders of the past 30 years in various computer systems and networks, as well as in security research. We examine the impact of these blunders and the lessons learned from them. A substantial amount of time will be devoted to examples of blunders provided by the audience. The panel members will include individuals who have been active in security research and development for the past three decades.
