Intelligent IAM – the Next Wave of Identity and Access Security presented at CISONewYork 2013

by Laura Jagodzinski, Chris Sullivan,

Summary : IAM technologies have historically been used to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, enforce governance and demonstrate compliance. Meanwhile security breaches continue and mobile, cloud and social technologies are making managing identities and access increasingly complex. Identity and Access Intelligence (IAI) can help organizations’ identity access risk and continuously monitor for security threats and policy violations, improving the ability to identify and respond to breaches quickly or prevent them from occurring entirely. This session, moderated by Chris Sullivan and led by discussion leader Laura Jagodzinski will discuss the potential of intelligent IAM in protecting against security breaches and how IAI fits in to an overall security strategy.
